This home isn't included on the 1897 Muller atlas of Haverford, but it is listed by 1908.

1910 census: Plumber Samuel is living with his family. They later moved to 106 Tenby Road.

In 1940, shortly after the census, Harriet (the daughter) married Charles E. Williams, from Illinois. She divorced him in 1949 on account of "barbarous treatment", among other reasons, which equate to violence and abuse.

Harriet died in 1953. She was the mother of Mary Steigelman of 28 Llandillo Road. The home went up for sale shortly after.

The Beach family owned the home at some point, and did so at the time of Shirley Beach's death in 1960. Her mother-in-law, Gertrude Mason Beach, widow of Edward W. Beach, died later in the year, also of Llandillo.

The home went on sale again in 1980 for $69,950, and surprisingly sold for more in 1981, at $73,000 by the Tolands to the current owners.
